The Universe At It’s Finest

If you’ve never been to The Symphony Orchestra you can just walk outside in the morning and hear it. The beautiful choreography of the birds in the morning. That's how I like to start my day, breathing in some fresh prana, cup of tea, wet dew and birds singing. This is the universe at it's perfection, it doesn't need to be altered or changed. For a moment just imagine everything is perfect as it is. That should take some of the stresses away from daily life. We have to get back to universal perfection, not one that is altered and fed to us through media channels. We have become so connected to technology that we have forgotten the beginning, the core of it all, the truth that stands the hands of time everyday and that is being. The universe will continue to be regardless of how many Instagram likes or Facebook friends you have. If you want to get back to you I incourage you to create some healthy balance in your life, see where you're spending most of your time and energy. I’ve been spending most my time and energy on my kids and my work. There's no way out of the kids, although I love them dearly it has caused a huge strain with my work/life balance. It’s like I’m fighting for time that I don't have now in this season and that will change because nothing is permanent. I’m making concious efforts to connect to being and not WiFi all the time and I know you guys want to as well. Here are a few things I’ve decided to do to connect with the universe

1. I wake up early everyday so I grab a cup of tea, step outside and get some fresh air and just listen to the sounds.
2. I have scheduled downtime on my phone from 8pm-9am.
3. I have scheduled time limit’s on my most used apps which include Mail and buying/selling apps like Poshmark and Mercari.
4. I have decided to take a 30 day break from my Real Estate business building cycle.
5. I have decided to engage more on sites like Medium to share my most passionate thoughts/ideas with a community, there is really no reward but just to know someone else is reading and they understand, agree or disagree, let’s just engage.
